DDSEP 10 Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between DDSEP 10 Complete and Digital?
A: They are identical products with the exception that the Complete ships out printed books. The Digital version does not contain printed books. Both products have downloadable PDF’s.
How can I access the syllabus and questions in PDF format?
A: For DDSEP 10 Complete and/or Digital versions, the PDF’s for syllabus, Question Bank and Mock Exam can be accessed by clicking the “Syllabus” button on the DDSEP 10 online platform
The question only version has a PDF for questions (there is no PDF for the syllabus).
The Mock exam does not have PDF’s for the syllabus or the questions.
Q: Once I've completed all of the chapter questions, how do I claim CME/MOC?
Click the “Claim CME/MOC Credits” button on the app homepage. You will need to fill out a short evaluation to claim CME and MOC credits. CME and MOC credits for a chapter can only be claimed after you have answered 75 percent of the questions in that chapter correctly. Please note MOC credits can only be claimed if you include your American Board of Internal Medicine number.
Q: When does CME/MOC expire?
A: December 31, 2025.
Q: What is the passing score?
A: A passing score of 75 percent is needed. However, you can retake the exam as many times as needed.
Q: How do I download CME certificates?
A: 1) Go to AGA University (http://agau.gastro.org/diweb/catalog)
2) Use the top right icon (looks like a person emoji) to sign in. Note: you may need to sign in again – even if you signed onto Gastro.org site.
3) Use your AGA login credentials to sign in (email address & password).
4) Once logged into AGA University, click the “My Credits” link that appears on the top right.
5) Once on the “My Credits” page, you will find a listing of all of your CME activities.
6) To print out a CME certificate, click the blue printer icon (on the far right) to print or download the certificate.

Q: How do I access MOC points?
A: Log into the ABIM site.

Q: I noticed a typo / incorrect answer in the text. How can it be corrected?
A: Please email ddsep@gastro.org with the chapter and question number, and we will work to get it fixed in future print runs.
Q: I am a member/trainee of AGA, so why doesn't the pricing show up on the shopping cart?
A: The price will correct itself to your membership status. Be sure to go through the 2nd or 3rd step of the pricing wizard to take effect. If that doesn’t work, you can speak to our Membership Department at membership@gastro.org or 301-941-2651.
Q: What is the cost of shipping for the books?
A: FedEx US Ground shipping is $14 per book. FedEx US Priority shipping is $25 per book. For pricing on bulk shipping rates or international shipping rates, please contact Member Relations at membership@gastro.org or 301-941-2651.
